MINIMUM DEADLINE OF 3 MONTHS

Additional characters will have an added fee of 75% per character (maximum of 3 characters).Any project that contains a background will have a base price of 120 USD and may increase based on complexity.

TERMS OF SERVICE

- By commissioning the Artist, the Client is confirming that they have read and agreed to the following terms of service.Payment and Refund Policies
- 50% payment will be required for any projects exceeding 20 USD. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion of the work. Payments will only be accepted in either PayPal or GCash.-The Artist will not begin the project until the first payment has been sent.- No refunds will be permitted after work begins unless initiated by the Artist. Unless, in the situation where the Artist takes more than 3 months to work on a commission without progress shown, a refund may be requested by the Client.Request and Revisions
- The Client will be allowed 4 edits during the sketching phase of the project and 2 minor revisions while in the rendering process of the project.- Any edits that will exceed the limit within the sketching phase will have additional fees to the overall cost.- Any major edits that will affect the overall composition of the piece outside of the sketching phase are strictly prohibited.
- The Artist reserves the right to decline any orders for any reason.Usage and Credits
- The Artist shall retain all rights pertaining to copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property.- This includes, but is not limited to, the display, advertising, printing, and distribution of the Work and works in progress across websites, social media platforms, portfolios, public broadcast channels, and other related mediums.- The Client is granted exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the Work for personal purposes. Any commercial use of the Work must be discussed beforehand, and will contain additional fees.- Personal use includes displaying the Work on social media platforms for promotional purposes, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts, without direct monetization; printing and framing for personal spaces.- The Client will not claim ownership of the Work and is required to credit the Artist by including the Artist's social media handle, username, or link whenever the Work is displayed.- The client represents and warrants that they have the authority to enter into this agreement, serve as the primary point of contact, and are solely responsible for making decisions and providing approvals throughout the process.- The Client is prohibited from modifying the Work in any manner without permission from the Artist.- Any usage of the Artist's work regarding generative AI is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
